NOTE: The following devices must have a Class of Service that has the HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed and the HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed options enabled.

Programming

To program Multiline IP telephones:

  1. Multiline IP Sets form

  1. (Optional) Multiline Set Keys form

  1. (Optional) Multiline Appearance Groups form

  1. (Optional) Default Account Codes form

  1. Station Attributes form

  1. User and Services Configuration form

  1. LDAP Client Configuration (69xx IP Phones only; optional)

  2. Create an LDAP Client profile for 69xx IP Phones to use to populate its Phone Book application with user data from an internal or external LDAP server.

  1. System Options (69xx IP Phones only; optional)

  1. Online Service URLs (69xx IP Phones (excluding 6905 and 6910); optional)

  1. Phone Applications Update (53xx and 69xx IP Phones only; optional)

  1. (Optional) Register the IP telephone.

NOTE: If you delete telephones, you must also delete the corresponding directory entries and voice mailboxes.
